Wellness Program — Asset Health
Riverside recognizes how your health plays a central role in your overall wellbeing. That’s why we’ve partnered with Asset Health to offer comprehensive wellness offerings and streamline the process for employees to engage the program. Through various on-site activities and online programming, you will have many opportunities to earn incentives and better understand your most important asset — your health.
Wellness Program Incentives
Employees who complete the below program requirements by October 31, 2024, will receive a $75 monthly medical premium reduction in 2025.
To get the premium incentive, you must complete the following items on the Asset Health portal:
- Health Assessment
- Biometric Screening — upload a physician form
before October 31 to receive credit. - Tobacco-Free Affidavit — If you are a tobacco
user, you must complete one tobacco cessation
course. - Earn 5 points by completing any of the following
activities:- Wellness challenges — 1 point each; maximum of 3 points
- Courses — 1 point each
- SMART goals — 1 point each
Only those who are enrolled in the medical program are eligible for participation and incentives at this time. New hires will automatically receive the incentive rates if hired after August 1 of the incentive qualifying year.
