Maven Menopause is a program that provides instant access to expert advice and resources to those experiencing physical and mental symptoms related to menopause. Riverside understands the importance of support, which is why we will be providing this benefit at no cost to you and/or your partner. Support through this program includes:- Early identification of menopausal symptoms and treatment guidance
- 24/7 virtual access to a coaching care team specializing in perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause
- Guided education and in-app communities to connect with others in the same stage of life
- One-on-one mental health support throughout the menopausal journey
Maven
Maven is a family forming and women’s health support vendor for anyone on a family forming journey. Maven guides you and your partner through your personal journey of starting and growing a family. Riverside understands the importance of family planning, which is why we will be providing this benefit at no cost to you. When you enroll, you will have access to:
- An on-demand digital clinic.
- 24/7 care advocate.
- Maven community and content.
Core services
Maternity
- Pregnancy: Support from pregnancy through your return to work, including breast milk shipping.
- Postpartum: Connect with maternal mental health providers and a supportive community of those who may be going through the same things.
- Miscarriage: Emotional support, couple counseling, and access to others who have experienced the same thing.
- Partners/dads: Weekly guide for partner, couples, and career coaching.
Fertility
- IVF: Steerage to the best clinics, emotional and lifestyle support, and fertility tracking.
- Egg freezing: Location of clinics and support throughout the egg freezing process.
- For those on the Riverside medical plan, Maven can provide steerage to in-network facilities and providers where services can be covered under the medical plan.
Planning
- This program is designed to promote overall health literacy for women of reproductive age, particularly around fertility and pregnancy.
- The planning program may also be used by individuals who may not look to have children immediately, but could be interested in the future.
Pediatric
- This track is available for those who have children ranging from 1-10 years old.
- Join this program for guidance specific to each stage of development to build stronger parent-child relationships.
